The problem they were solving

Course creator selling PDFs on Gumroad wanting a real course platform: drip content, quizzes, certificates, subscriptions. Off-the-shelf LMS options were $300/mo minimum and locked her into their branding.

02 Approach

How I approached it

Custom LMS on WordPress (student was already comfortable there). Drip content via cron scheduling. Quiz engine with pass/fail logic and retake rules. Auto-generated PDF certificates. Stripe recurring subscriptions with proration for plan changes.
