Discovery call

Written proposal
I send back a short document: scope broken into phases, fixed price per phase, timeline with milestones, tech stack recommendations, and everything I need from you to hit the dates.

Kickoff sprint
The first sprint is always shortest. We align on architecture, ship a working prototype of the riskiest piece, and prove the approach before committing more time. If we need to change course, this is when it happens — cheaply.
